As tomorrow, July 22, marks one year that Polka Icon Dave “Scrubby” Seweryniak was laid to rest, tonight’s Jammer programming will be a tribute to his music.
Starting with TGiFRIDAY show with Mark & Cherie Trzepacz 6 pm ET (5 pm CT), the first 45 minutes of the program will feature various selections of his music. Then at approximately 6:45 ET, we will begin a one hour and fifteen minute, completely uninterrupted, fully narrated testament to the musical life of “Scrubby”. You won’t want to miss it!
In addition, TZ will continue the tribute during his entire Polka Nite Cap Show which begins at 8PM ET and runs until 11 pm ET (7-10 pm CT.) The Chat Room will be open and TZ will be taking your favorite Scrubby song requests.

He was also a great concertina player and vocalist.
