THE JAMMERTHON DONATION GIFTS ARE ALL CUSTOM MADE FOR THE PJN AND ARE EXPECTED TO SHIP IN APPROXIMATELY 8-10 WEEKS. ITEMS THAT COME INTO STOCK MORE QUICKLY WILL BE SHIPPED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
If a CD has a defect, please use the “Contact Us” page on the Polka Jammer Website and we will make arrangements to provide you a replacement of the same CD title.
This same replacement policy also applies to apparel that is shipped without customization. Customized apparel is NOT returnable. Please note, customized or special premium items may take up to 4-6 weeks to ship dependant on manufacturer’s availability at the time of ordering.
Shipping & Handling Rates:
Shipping costs within the United States and Canada are included in your pledge amount. We currently only ship within the United States and Canada. Please contact us about shipping to other countries as an additional shipping cost may be required.
