Recently, the Polka Jammer Network received an inquiry from a polka fan that suggested we facilitate a way for those dedicated listeners who may want to remember the Polka Jammer in their will. We’ve created a downloadable Bequest Form to assist in the process.
Polka Music Preservation Society (Polka Jammer Network) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.
Your donation is tax-deductible as allowed by law.
The tax deduction is limited to the excess of the contribution
over the fair market value of any items received in exchange for the donation.
