We are aware of some listeners not being able to get the Jammer to stream on services like TuneIn and Amazon’s Alexa. This appears to be tied to a security certificate renewal on the side of our music stream service. It sometimes takes a while for all the services to find out about the new information. We have submitted service tickets to attempt to speed the process along.
But while we wait, please try restarting the affected systems on your end to manually attempt to load in the new information. You can often do this by closing the app completely, shutting down or unplugging a computer, phone or tablet.
Also, we are now an official Amazon Alexa “skill” on their service so you no longer have to go through TuneIn. Give it a try by saying, “Alexa, play the Polka Jammer Network.”
