Jammerthon Update – 07/30/2024

Here’s the latest…..

* Pledges have all been processed with 3 exceptions whose credit cards were not able to be processed. We’ve reached out via email to these individuals so if you think you may be one of them, check your email

* For those of you who wished to be invoiced for your pledge, those have been sent out. Please return with your payment as soon as possible so we can process your pledge.

*All gift orders are in progress. Clothing items are currently being embroidered for this year’s Jammerthon and we expect the first items to begin arriving in a week or two and we will begin shipping out as soon as they arrive in.

* Bel Aire and Polka Connection Vouchers – These have all been sent out via email (with 5 exceptions who did not provide a valid email to us – If you haven’t received an email and you donated for one of these vouchers please reach out to tz@polkajammernetwork.org) If you donated for this item and haven’t redeemed it yet, please check your email as instructions accompanied the voucher. Please remember these do expire at the end of the year so don’t delay! Please remember for Bel-Aire vouchers, they will be away July 24th-August 10th for their Poland trip and no shipping will take place during those times.

* Guest Programmer Package. We are currently compiling a list of all of you who donated for this. TZ will be reaching out directly to you via email in the next week or two to begin scheduling of these (which will begin on Saturdays in September) so please start thinking about your list of songs for this pledge.
