For those of you who were so very kind to support us during our Jammerthon weekend event, please review the following information.
Pledges – All pledges have now been collected and compiled.
Invoices – For those of you who requested an invoice be mailed they are en route via the postal service. Please return your payment as you receive them. Thank You!
Credit Card Pledges – For those of you who requested your credit card be charged for your pledge, they have been processed. PLEASE NOTE, the charge on your statement will be reflected as “PMPS” – Polka Music Preservation Society. There has been some confusion this year as to the acronym but rest assured that charge is for your Jammerthon pledge and not a pharmaceutical company.
Bad Cards – We have run into some problems with select cards we were unable to process. For those of you affected you will be receiving a call from one of our Board of Directors (Basia Adams or Kenny Konopka) to correct the information so we can get your pledge processed.
Gifts – All gifts have now been ordered and are shipping as they are received in. Please remember all items are customer embroidered with the Polka Jammer Logo and these are not items we stock on a regular basis. They are all specialty items exclusive to the Jammerthon.
If you missed out on the Jammerthon and still want to participate to receive some great gifts (before they are no longer available) there is time. At the top of the PJN homepage click on “Support The Polka Jammer Network” and you can complete your pledge from there.
